TAKEDOWN CLUB MEMBERSHIP

This season’s Takedown Club Levels are: White - $200 or Blue - $300.

Spirit wear is included with each TDC membership.

Board Meeting Minutes:

The PTRC is very fortunate to have had several volunteers stepping up to serve in the  following roles for the upcoming season year.  Please thank these very generous people for their dedication and commitment to the success of the PRHS Wrestling program and for their willingness to step up to serve in their community.


*  Fundraising and Concessions Committee - In support of and under the direction of the Fundraising Director, this committee for organizes and oversees all fundraising activities including purchasing for and management of the concession stand during all home events and scheduling volunteers for concessions and other fundraising actvities. VOLUNTEERS: LUCY HEUGH, SHERRY HORTON, ROBERT HORTON, JENNY CAGLE AND SUE HARRISON.

* Nutrition Coordinator - Create and enforce a parent rotation schedule to ensure that the wrestlers, wrestlerettes and coaches are supplied with food and drinks prior to all matches that take place on school days.   Insures that the schedule, accompanied by a list of appropriate food and beverage options are communcated effectively and in a timely manner. VOLUNTEER: KRISTY FERGUSON.

* Website Coordinator -Maintains the booster club website. VOLUNTEER: KRISTY FERGUSON

* Spirit Wear Coordinator In charge of supplying all workout wear and sprit wear shirts to the wrestlers, coaches, wrestlerettes, volunteers, directors, and coordinators and for coordinating spirit wear sales at home events. VOLUNTEER: DEBBIE SHIVER.


* Travel Camps CoordinatorIn charge of arranging the transportation and hotel accommodations for all out-of-town events.   In charge of distributing and gathering camp forms and fees VOLUNTEER: ROBERT HORTON


* Wrestlerettes Directors - Leads the recruitment, training, scheduling and activity coordination for the Wrestlerettes Squad.  The wrestlerettes are respsonsible for a variety of critical event facilitation roles during most Varsity and Junior Varsity events including scorekeeping and providing or arranging medical attention. VOLUNTEER: TBA.
