Practice started Monday, October 31.  Normal practice time runs from 2:45 - 5pm, everyday. Wrestlers are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to SHOWER at the High School immediately after and practice and should be ready to be picked up around 5:30pm.  Please pick up in the back of the school by the trailers.

Bring to practice everyday:  wrestling shoes, running shoes, shorts or sweatpants, at least 3 t-shirts, a clean change of clothes to wear home, soap, towel and shower shoes.

This is a list of items that the Coaches and Booster club have been striving to get for the  team.  If you have these items to donate, connections to someone or an organization that can, or would like to make a monetary donation toward the purchase of these items (perhaps, instead of giving more to Uncle Sam!) please contact any coach or Booster Club representative.

Please print this out and post where your wrestler(s) can refer to it throughout the season.  Compiled by Coach Sinnott, it contains good, healthy dietary suggestions for our wrestlers. Making weight while remaining strong, healthy and in good performance shape should be everyone’s goal.

IMPORTANT DATES

2011-2012 Activity Fee form and payment  are due by October 31ST. After October 31ST, there is an increase of $25 and the wrestler will not have practice-wear in time for the start of the season.  Please get this form in and payment made in a timely manner.

Any wrestler who contracts a contagious skin lesion or condition, MUST visit a Dr. and return this form, completed and signed by the physician before he will be permitted to wrestle in the PRHS again.  Sorry!  Absolutely NO exceptions can ever be made, Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall.

Attached above is the food schedule for the weekday after school matches.  Please open the attachment and be sure to make a note of your assigned date.  Reminders will be sent a day or so in advance.

WRESTLING FEES DUE:

The certified physical exam and consent forms are due NOW.  Completed and signed forms should be turned into Coach Oberstein in room D208.  Please contact or see Coach   Oberstein if you have any questions about this process ... Matthew_Oberstein@Gwinnett.k12.ga.us.  Wrestlers that who do not have these forms on file with the school will NOT be permitted to attend practices at the start of the season.

The 2011-12 Season wrestling fee is now due. The fee includes the singlet and warm up jacket. This fee is required of each wrestler.
